Faber, Donald (1946 - 1978)
Donald Faber, 31, Route 1, Granton, Clark
County, died late Saturday night, Sept. 30, 1978, at St. Joseph's
Hospital Marshfield.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Christ
Lutheran Church, Chili, with the Rev. Horst Augustin officiating
and burial was in the Yolo Cemetery, in the Town of Fremont.
Donald Faber was born on Nov. 29, 1946 at Neillsville. He attended
schools at Chili and Granton. He was a resident of the Clark County
Health Center, Owen, for about two years and the Bethel
Convalescent Center, Arpin, for about a month. He was a member of
Christ Lutheran Church, Chili.
Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Faber two
sisters, Mrs. Richard (Connie) Halverson, Onalaska, Wis., and Miss
Bonnie Faber, Medford and two grandmothers, Mrs. Emma Faber, and
Mrs. Emma Sangar, Neillsville.
Pallbearers were Fred Lewin, Jr., Wayne Jahr, Harold Schlinsog, Wm.
Gather, Darryl booth, and Kenneth Billman. The organist was Mrs.
Hilda Montag and the singers were Mrs. Henry Grottke and Mrs. Horst
Augustin.
